Ovaj peti po redu nastavak se zove The Sims 2 Seasons i ono što ga karakteriše je postojanje godišnjih doba i naravno vršenje svih propratnih aktivnosti. Npr. zimi će te moći da se grudvate, pravite sneška belića i uživate u zimskim čarolijama, dok su leti aktuelne plaže, bazeni, žurke. Vaši simovi će takođe moći da unapređuju svoje poslovne veštine i da se tako usavršavaju tokom cele godine..
