Kao i prošlogodišnji Electronic Arts-ov megahit Battlefield 3, Medal of Honor: Warfighter koristi veoma napredni engine Frostbite 2 koji je specijalno napravljen da može da izvuče maksimium iz najjačih PC konfiguracija, istovremeno podržavajući skaliranje grafike da bi se igra pustila i na kućnim konzolama. Naravno, PC verzija je ona koju svaki igrač želi da isproba, bilo da je on okoreli PC igrač ili dugogodišnji pretplatnik konzolnog sistema “igranja sa kauča” ispred velikog HDTV-a. Jednostavno, niko ne može opovrgnuti da konzolne verzije igara veoma zaostaju za modernim (pa čak i veoma jeftinim) PC konfiguracijama.
