At the start of most of the chapters in this adventure you will be

progress further in the adventure, different places will become 
available to you. Examine your surroundings carefully so you won't

Chapter 1: The Tomb of Sethi 1 

Speak to the Chief of the Medjai, Montoumes. This man is responsible 
for looking after the security of the tombs and possesses vital clues 
for you. You learn that the robbers have taken the treasure from the 
tomb but thankfully have left the Pharaoh's body intact. Ask him 
everything, but the outcome is the same: although he does not want 
to help you he does give you a torch to light your way. Take the 
torch from him and shine it left onto the tomb entrance. 

Using caution as you enter and progress through the tomb, go 
down the first flight of stairs. Turn around and take the plank 
leaning on the left side of the door frame and place it into your 
inventory. Turn back and continue into the tomb, walking forward 
six times until you reach a dark doorway. 

BE CAREFUL: Do not step forward or you will fall into a large 
hole. Instead, select the plank from inventory and use the plank 
to span the width of the hole. Go forward and you will now see 
that the room has no floor. Continue across the plank and go 
into the room with the pillars. Turn left, go forward once, and 
then turn right to look at the pillar.
