U open-world igri sa sjajnom pričom igrači će se susresti sa brojnim neprijateljima novog protagoniste, Ezia Audiatore-a, koji je bio prinuđen pridružiti se klanu ubica da bi uspešno izvršio svoj cilj i osvetio svoju porodicu. Igra će pružiti mnogobrojne, raznovrsne misije, novi set oružja i opreme kao i sofisticiranije likove koji ovog puta imaju veliki uticaj na napredovanje kroz igru.
