Add the following command(s) to your settings.ini in the gamedir, 
where 1=enabled & 0=disabled. We've also included an EXAMPLE .ini 
for reference. 

For GODMODE simply add (WITHOUT the quotes): 

"instagib = 1" 

NOTE: Here is an additional list with unknown/useless triggers, 
activation/deactivation same as above.
