Activision-ov studio Treyarch je tokom zadnjih par godina u svim svojim Call of Duty igrama pored zanimljivog singleplayera i veoma zaraznog multiplayera takođe nudio odličan kooperativan zombi mod, a njihova najnovija igra neće odstupiti od ove tradicije.
Naravno, i ovaj mod će opet dobiti solidnu dozu unapređenja. Umesto da se mod sastoji od niza mapa na kojima se možete braniti od sve težih talasa nadolazećih zombija, sada ćete moći da uživate u kampanji koja će imati svoju priču i smislen tok radnje. Umeto četiri igrača, sada će čak osam ljudi moći da učestvuje u ovoj borbi, a prebacivanje moda u engine koji napaja multiplayer segment Black Opsa 2 će igračima najzad ponuditi mnogo više opcija za povezivanje sa ostalim online igračima.
Kada izlazi?
Call of Duty: Black Ops II će se pojaviti u prodaji 13. novembra na PC, Playstation 3 i Xbox 360 sistemima (nedelju dana kasnije na Wii U), a svi oni koji nauče igru pre ovog datuma će dobiti eksluzivan pristup Zombi mapi Nuketown.

Administration
Tuberculin skin testing (TST) is a key method for diagnosing latent tuberculosis infection (LTBI).

Reading
After administration, carefully observe the
skin at the injection site for signs of a reaction within 48-72 hours.
1. **Expected Reaction**: A firm, raised rash (erythema) with induration indicates a positive result,
indicating exposure to Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
2. **Negative Result**: No visible reaction suggests the absence
of LTBI.
3. **Interpretation**: A positive TST result should be confirmed
by chest X-ray and treatment guidance if necessary.
Recording
Accurate recording of TST results is essential for diagnosis
and follow-up care:
– Document the presence, size, and duration of any
reaction.
– Note any necrosis or scarring at the test
site.
Interpretation
The interpretation of TST results should be performed by a qualified healthcare provider in the context of the patient’s exposure
history and clinical assessment:
1. **Positive Result**: Indicates possible LTBI; further evaluation and treatment recommended.
2. **Negative Result**: Rules out active TB infection but does not exclude LTBI, as some individuals may have
a subclinical response.
