When in the caves, you can ignite the oil pools to 
kill the guards.
                                        
At the end of the game, Luther must break through the 
organs in the Hive Mother Chamber to reach the Hive 
Mother WOM.

Luther must click on the dead organ to cause a new 
one to be "transplanted" onto the dead stump and allow 
him to proceed into Belial's Chambers.
