GeForce 8800 GS sa nVidia grafičkim čipom devete generacije – G92 je u 3DMark05 postigla rezultat od 16661 poena odnosno 9540 u 3DMark-u 06 u kombinaciji sa intel Q6000 procesorom koji je radio na taktu od 2995 Mhz.
G92 čip je izrađen u 65 nm tehnologiji, poseduje 192-bitni memorijski interfejs, 384 Mb treće generacije grafičke DDR memorije, PCI-Express 2.0 sertifikat. Frenkfencije rada nVidia GeForce 8800 GS su 575 Mhz za GPU, 1438 Mhz za svih 96 shadera i za memoriju je radni takt 1700 Mhz. Očekivana cena GeForce 8800 GS će biti oko 160 američkih dolara.
